Douvris’ Commitment
Douvris Martial Arts & Fitness Centers, through its programs and instruction, is committed to promote and foster individuals’ growth and development in the area of:
- leadership and teamwork;
- courtesy and respect for self and others;
- self defense, personal protection and “stranger danger” awareness;
- personal focus and concentration;
- peer group interaction; and,
- problem solving, non-violent conflict resolution and anger management.
