Athletic Conditioning
The Athletic Conditioning program offers specialized strength and conditioning classes to amateur and professional athletes. This program assists athletes to increase their flexibility, speed, endurance, power and reaction time in their chosen sport. The program includes upper, lower and core strength-training, focused flexibility, balance and coordination exercises, weight training, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.
