Karate Youth
The Karate Youth program is designed for children 7 to 13 years of age. This program helps children increase their fitness level, balance and coordination, concentration, self-discipline and confidence. The program includes how to execute basic stances, punches, blocks and kicking techniques; how to work with a partner; perform kata (pre-arranged forms of set movements and techniques); how to break fall; sparring techniques and introduces them to “Streetwise Safety Awareness”.
