Leadership Program
Douvris Martial Arts & Fitness Centers’ (DMAFC) Leadership Program recognizes Karate members who have demonstrated leadership qualities and initiative, teaching skills, a commitment to martial arts training and have expressed a desire to further develop their instructional abilities. The four levels of this program include:

| II. | Junior Instructor |
| III. | Assistant Instructor |
| IV. | Instructor |
Each designation is presented to a member who has met all of the Karate program requirements and is presented on an on-going basis.
Recent Awardees:
Douvris has recently awarded a number of Bank Street location students with badges for Team Leader, Assistant Instructor and Instructor. A complete list of all the awarded students is available.
