Our New Website, Built with 982studios
If you have visited douvris.com this summer, you may have noticed things look a little different. Our old website served us well for years, but as Douvris grew to more locations and more programs, it became harder for families to find what they needed and harder for our team to keep it up to date.
What is new for our families
- Find your dojo faster: every location has its own page with its schedule, programs and contact details in one place.
- Programs explained clearly: from our youngest students to adult classes, each program has a page that explains what to expect.
- Getting started is simpler: booking a trial or signing up works just as well on your phone as it does on a computer.
- News in one spot: events, workshops and our Word of the Month all live right here on the blog.
Meet 982studios
The new site was designed and built by 982studios, an Ottawa-based creative studio that builds websites and digital marketing systems for martial arts schools and fitness studios. They also work with the World Karate Commission, so they already understand our world well.
Their work goes well beyond a good-looking homepage. They rebuilt more than 15 pages into one clean flow and created a dedicated landing page for each Douvris location, so families searching for a dojo near them land in the right place. Behind the scenes, every campaign is tracked back to the location it came from, which helps us put our effort where it makes the biggest difference.
