Each class follows a structured format: warm-up, technique drills, partner work, and cool-down. Students progress through a belt system that builds skill, discipline, and confidence at every level. Our WKC-certified instructors ensure proper form and safe training for all ages.

Competitive Pathway
For students with competitive goals, Douvris provides a direct pathway from dojo training to tournament competition. Our athletes compete in regional, provincial, and national events under the guidance of experienced competition coaches.
